We bring our photography setup to your corporate events. We will listen carefully to hear your needs and desires, as well as research the specific nature of your venue. We work with the venue to respect their regulations, and are able to provide a same day COI issued to the vendor name.
EXPERIENCE THAT SHOWS UP WHEN IT MATTERS
Event photography rarely happens under controlled conditions. Ballrooms with mixed lighting, dim rooftop venues at sunset, fast-moving award ceremonies, a step-and-repeat that needs to look sharp all night long - we've handled all of it, and know how to adapt quickly when the room doesn't cooperate. Beyond the technical side, we also make a point of engaging with your attendees rather than just shooting from the sidelines. That interaction is what turns a stiff, posed photo into a natural one - the kind guests actually want to share. The result is a gallery that captures the real energy of your event, not just a record of it.
Organizations that have invested real time and money into their event want photography that matches that investment - step-and-repeat setups for galas and award ceremonies, multi-day conferences, and association meetings where the room, the guests, and the branding all need to look their best. For step-and-repeat events, we also offer onsite printing of 5x7 commemorative photos, so your guests can walk away with a keepsake the same night. If you're a nonprofit, professional event photography isn't just a cost - the right images help you show sponsors and donors the impact and visibility their support creates, which can help you attract more of both next time.
WHY HIRE A PROFESSIONAL FOR YOUR EVENT
Unsure whether you need a professional photographer at your events? Here are six reasons why you should hire us for your events, highlighting images from a corporate dinner at the Observatory at America’s Square in Washington, DC, an event with the CEO Consulting Group (CCG) at Matchbox at One Loudoun, a collaboration with the CCG and the Loudoun Chamber at Oatlands Historic House and Gardens, an evening at The View of DC in Arlington, VA and a networking meeting at Athari BioSciences in Sterling, VA.
2. Get your photos quickly after the event, or even better... instantaneously!
If you’ve ever tried to collect photos from different people after events, you know how hard it can be to get everything in a timely manner, if at all. We can discuss your deadlines and deliver your images as soon as next day. Even better, for the fastest sharing option, you can opt in for instantaneous sharing. Each attendee can choose to register to receive a personalized, private gallery in your company’s custom-branded gallery. Generate buzz and excitement during the event, and let your logo and branding go along with all your photos. And, your attendees won’t have to scroll through hundreds of event images – they only get the ones they are in. Magic? It just might be.

3. Allow your images to market for you long after the event.
Not only do your guests receive their own personalized gallery of just the photos they are in, we create a custom watermark that lives on all your photos (you can get them without the watermark too). As clients use these on social media, your event and logo will go with them. This is a tremendous benefit to your company and events, and also an opportunity for sponsorships, as sponsor logos can be added to the images and on the gallery page.

4. Benefit your attendees
Your events may be honoring your staff, your very best clients, or both. Give them an extra special gift during the event (while they are all dressed up) by providing professional photography. Often, this is one of the biggest selling points of the event, especially if your event is held in a place conducive to photos or normally inaccessible to the general public. Who knows? Providing this added benefit just might increase your attendance.

Sure, guests can take their own photos using their cell phones (and I took plenty for them whenever I was asked!). For the photo below, this kind of lighting situation calls for off-camera flash to properly expose the subjects and a long zoom lens and proper distancing to allow the Capitol Building to appear large in the background.

5. Capture the photos you want
We communicate with you before the event and during the event to capture the images that are important to you. In addition to the images we discussed beforehand, during this event, the client remembered they needed a photo of one of their board members. I was able to photograph him to match the other board member photos. They also requested skyline panoramas for their newsletter, as well as other event photos.

I also work with your vendors to make sure they get some shots of their amazing service and work too.
